Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was super. The room I booked was functional and new-fashioned with a great view of bundaran HI as well as bath tub as expected. The food they offered was outstanding, had plenty of meals. The pool was nice and I had light drinks in the poolside bar. Moreover, parking was on site.

The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the shopping district and central Jakarta roundabout. It's a wonderful and impressive choice for a hotel in Jakarta.

They upgraded my room to view the famous Jakarta roundabout. My flight back to KL was cancelled, and the staff was extremely helpful to help me contact my airline to make other arrangements.

We had a magnificant stay; loved our urban suite and breakfast. The staff showed great hospitality and service. We highly recommand this first class hotel.

Simply, I missed being in it when I left. Also, I booked a "Deluxe Double" and when I arraived there, they gave me an "Executive Suite" for the same rate.
